Only one person at JobNote can access your data: me. Limited data is sent to the third-party services described below.
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

AI search text is sent to OpenAI to translate your request into JobNote filters.
JobNote stores your AI search text and the matched filters so search quality can be analyzed and improved. This history is deleted with your account.
The search text, matched filters, result counts, and your account identifier are also sent to JobNote’s private operational Slack channel for product analysis.
Do not put personal or sensitive information in an AI search.

I use anonymized analytics from clarity.microsoft.com with all personal data hidden—passwords, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and so on. How Clarity masks sensitive content.
I also use Google Analytics with minimal data collection.
