When you delete your account - all your data is deleted and impossible to recover.

I use anonymized analytics at clarity.microsoft.com with all personal data hidden — passwords, names, phones, emails, etc. How Clarity masks sensitive content.
I also use Google Analytics with the most minimal data collection.
